Material Design (codenamed Quantum Paper) is a design terms developed in 2014 by Yahoo. " Google states that their new design language is based on paper and ink.Materials Design can be utilized in API Level 21 and newer via the v7 appcompat catalogue, which is utilized on all Android devices produced after 2009 virtually. Material Design will steadily be extended throughout Google's array of web and mobile products, providing a consistent experience across all applications and platforms.
