Material Design will steadily be extended throughout Google's array of web and mobile products, providing a constant experience across all applications and platforms. Google has also released application programming interfaces (APIs) for third-party developers to include the design language to their applicationsBy 2015 almost all of Google's mobile applications for Android os had applied the new design terms, including Gmail, YouTube, Yahoo Drive, Yahoo Docs, Slides and sheets, Yahoo Maps, Inbox, all the Google Play-branded applications, also to an inferior amount the Stainless- Google and browser Keep. The desktop web-interfaces of Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Inbox have incorporated it as well.The canonical implementation of Material Design for web request user interfaces is called Polymer. It includes the Polymer collection, a shim that provides an internet Components API for browsers that not implement the typical natively, and an elements catalog, including the "paper elements collection" that features visual components of the Material Design.
